A BILL to repeal section thirty-seven, article ten, chapter five of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to public employees retirement expense fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 10. WEST VIRGINIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT ACT.

§ 1. Repeal of section relating to the public employees retirement expense fund.

Section thirty-seven, article ten, chapter five of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.


NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the section of the Public Employees Retirement Act which requires the cost of administering the system to be paid by the state and other participating public employers.
